Outsourcing Basics: When Is Good Enough… Good Enough?
When you’ve determined some of the thing that you would like to outsource, you’re ready for the next secret of outsourcing: that sometimes you will have to accept when good enough is good enough. Even though your Internet Home Business is something dependent on high quality work, you will have to accept mediocre work occasionally.
Not Exactly Ideal
When you’re contracting work out, whether its writing, programming, or designing, you need to be aware that those you pay to do work for you are working first and foremost for themselves. This means that they will be placing just enough effort on a task or project in order to get paid by you. Unfortunately, this means that they won’t necessarily be working to your standards, no matter how high you set them.
When you are working within your field of expertise and are actively trying to make the best product that you can, then you will be spending a great deal of time and energy on it. However, if you were doing a similar project for someone else, only for them to get all of the credit and residual income, then why would you expend your greatest work on it?
Unfortunately, this is the way that most people work. One of the more difficult to accept secrets of outsourcing is that you will need to accept subpar work once in awhile, especially if you otherwise like the work of your freelancer or virtual assistant.
Pay for Better Quality
If you’re looking to minimize your costs just to get a particular aspect of a job done, then you need to also be aware that only those whom do not highly value their own work will accept the job. Simply put, if you’re offering a quarter of the market rate for programming, then you’re going to get a quarter-rate programmer. Alternatively, if you offer a handsome payout for a job, then you’re going to have the best programmers all competing with each other.
Ultimately, how much you offer to pay for work done will determine its ultimate quality, and the quality of workers that will want to work for you. Figuring out which tasks are the most important to have done quickly and in a high quality fashion is a decision you will ultimately have to make, and we’ll go over some of those decision points in a future article.

How To Optimize Your Blog As Part Of Your Internet Marketing Strategy
While you can certainly make money from home while blogging through pretty much advertising and good content alone, you’re also going to need to make sure that your website is optimized to get as many ads in front of visitors as possible. However, you don’t want to bombard them with so many ads that their user experience is degraded. Finding an optimal level for both you and your visitor is, as always, the main name of the game when trying to make money by blogging from home.
Tracking Your Visitors
Before you start the optimization process, you’re going to want to establish a way of tracking how many people are coming to your website, from where, and how long they are staying. Simply put, a page counter just isn’t enough anymore. You need to know exactly who is coming and going to your blog if you want it to be a successful element of your Internet marketing strategy.
The easiest and most popular way of tracking user data is with Google Analytics. Freely available from Google, Analytics allows you to track just about every aspect of where your visitors are coming from, how long they are staying, and when they are leaving. Installation is easy and requires only that you install a small piece of script on your home page.
Creating Many Layers
Because a great deal of advertising functions based on how often a new page is accessed or refreshed, it is important to develop a blog that gets as many ads in front of the viewer as possible. A quick way to do this and to make extra money at home from blogging is by utilizing a “cut” or “Read More” feature.
While explaining the coding behind this feature is outside the scope of this article, the basic idea is that you present a visitor with a small segment of a post, and then force them to click on a “Read More” link to finish reading the piece. If you have an advertisement on either side of the parent post on the main page, and then have another pair of ads on the main piece, then they will have seen a total of four ads.
This can be done in a variety of ways, whether through adding this type of functionality to comment threads, or even by utilizing a “Read More” feature on your About and Contact pages.
You should note, however, that by doing this too much can alienate visitors, so take care not to overdo it.

While I was on stage, I actually got into a little conversation with the audience about the “Multiple Streams Of Income” topic. And what I found is that most people DO NOT understand this concept as well as they think they do.

Getting Mailbox Money
This may be one of the most “real” videos I’ve ever made for you.
As you’ll see for yourself; the money is REAL!
But more importantly…
The lesson this video teaches is REAL!
So, as you can see, getting checks delivered to your mailbox is 100% possible! But it’s only possible if you are consistent!
My guess is that you can probably relate to the story of the gentleman I spoke about in the video. If he had decided to stay on a CONSISTENT path of action from when we first spoke a year ago, there’s little doubt in my mind that he’d be much closer to his goals!
What you must understand is that the ONLY reason I was able to have those checks delivered to my mailbox was because of the fact that some time ago, I got tired of jumping around from program to program and started to be consistent with regard to building my e-mail list.
Now I’m able to LITERALLY push a button and create income for myself! The same is possible for you, but ONLY if you start getting consistent!
And if you’re not sure where to start… this system has everything laid out for you step-by-step!

Outsourcing Basics: Delegate Tasks That You Hate Doing
In our article series about the secrets of outsourcing, we’ve primarily focused on outsourcing as a method of minimizing income loss as a part of your Internet Home Business. While this is the primary reason that you should be outsourcing work, it certainly isn’t the only reason that work should be outsourced. In this article, we will go over one of the best parts of being a business owner: not doing work that you hate doing.
What Tasks Do You Hate?
Everybody has them: that type of work that, when you know you have to do it, fills you with misery and dread. It isn’t that you’re incapable of doing the work, it isn’t even that you’re not good at it – you just hate doing it. For some people, these can be things like maintaining a calendar or doing finances. Maybe you hate making phone calls or interacting with people that are in certain positions.
Provided that you have developed your task and category list of things necessary to make your business function, it is now time to move on to another secret to outsourcing. This secret is tagging certain things on your list as tasks that you hate doing. These can even be expensive things. Sure, you may not make as much money as you otherwise would be doing, but what’s the point of generating a high level of income if you’re not happy enough to take advantage of it?
It’s entirely possible that you are one of the rare exceptions of people that have begun a business and you genuinely enjoy doing every task necessary to run it. However, chances are that you’re something like us, and that there are things that you hate doing. So why bother? Although some of these tasks might be so expensive to farm out that it isn’t worth outsourcing them, this is an equation you’ll have to figure out for yourself. For those other tasks? Get rid of them!
