How To Make Money On the Internet: Real Estate Niche

Discover how to make money, save money, increase cash flow, and skyrocket your real estate business using the internet. Simply follow this information to have a better understanding of the exact steps to take in order to be successful online.

Real estate is a very popular niche to work on and there is a lot of money to be made on the internet in helping people get information about real estate. Most people who try to make money online selling real estate advice and products do it incorrectly.  Here are the proper steps to take if you want to start profiting online in the real estate niche.

Step 1: As opposed to trying to drive traffic to a website that just tries to sell your real estate products or services; instead, take them to a simple one page website that offers them free information on how to make money in the real estate market.

Instead of just making the free advice readily available on the site, you just give them something of value such as a free report or other product in exchange for their email address.  In other words, your webpage (a.k.a. squeeze page) should say something like:  Type in your name and primary email address in the fields provided if you want to get your hands on “10 Free Cash Cow Real Estate Tips”.  If this webpage is set up correctly, then a high percentage of people will register to receive the tips and leave you their name and email address, thus you will be building an email list of people interested in the real estate market.

Step 2: Once someone has typed their first name and email address into your squeeze page, you need to have an autoresponder (a.k.a. “automatic email program”) immediately email them the free real estate advice you promised them. I recommend the email delivery programs Aweber or 1Shoppingcart to use as your autoresponder service. The best idea is to preload your autoresponder messaging system with at least 9-12 messages so that you end up following up with the person who opted-in for at least a few weeks or so. This follow-up email system is what will get people used to receiving messages from you and help make you seem like the “real estate expert” in their opinion. Once you have established a relationship with your new leads they are more likely to buy a real estate product or service from you in the future (this is where the real money is made).

Step 3: Once your squeeze page and autoresponder are set up, then you’ll need to make it so that the person who just opted in has the opportunity to buy a real estate product immediately after they opt in (thereby possibly creating an instant sale). The best way to do this is to make it so that after the person types their name and email address into your real estate webpage, they are taken to an offer page for a real estate product that YOU are an affiliate for. In other words, find a real estate affiliate product on Clickbank (or some other affiliate network) and promote that product to your lead RIGHT after they have typed in their name and email address on your squeeze page.

If you follow these 3 simple steps, then you should be able to start making money on the internet quickly in the real estate niche.  If you’re not very technical and are not quite sure how to achieve these steps, then you can always use a program like WebCopyCat.com to get things set up much more quickly.

How to Make Money Online for Beginners – Article Marketing

I’m sure in your quest on how to make money online for beginners you’ve heard that article marketing is the way to go. However, before you dive head first into it… let me give you some tips on what NOT to do.

Things you really want to avoid:

Thinking just a few will be okay - Beginners publish a few articles and then sit back and wait for the traffic and for their bank account to grow. When it does not come they say article marketing is a scam. Article marketing does work for many people, but you have to put a lot out there. It’s about volume, keywords, and quality. But the more you have out there… the more chances you have for people to see you and your website.

Making articles too long - Beginners want to share everything they know about a topic, and then they’re giving away their own secrets. Keep your articles between 300 - 500 words and don’t give away all of your secrets. You can seperate articles if you need to. Remember volume?

Having too many topics in one article - If you’re bouncing all over the place in your article with topics, you’re likely to ramble and bore your reader. Not to mention, why not seperate all those topics and put them in articles individually?

Writing boring titles - You’re not writing a term paper for school. You’re writing an article to go on the internet. Make it a little flashy, put some keywords in there, and really make it like a headline. It’s supposed to grab attention, not intimidate your readers.

Filling the article with keywords - You can’t fill up your article with keywords because it will get rejected. You have to write naturally and put them at least in the first and last paragraph. If you write naturally then the keywords will naturally appear and you won’t have to worry about rejection.

Making the Resource Box all about you - Sure you have to introduce yourself to the reader and you do have to establish yourself as the expert, but the reader would like to know how you personally could benefit them? Could you provide them some service especially regarding the subject in the article?

Neglecting to ask the reader to take any action - It’s not just simply about writing an article and then washing your hands clean. You have to tell your reader to take action and so something for themselves, this way they feel they really got something out of it. Especially a little homework. Telling them to do something gets their brain activated because you already grabbed their attention. Get them on your website or blog to exchange more information from you.

Writing the sheer volume of articles is tough, but it does pay off when you’re learning on how to make money online for beginners. You will be able to sit back one day and reap the rewards. But for now, get to writing!

Home Based Business Success - Article Writing

article-writingYou know that all internet marketers talk about using articles for home based business success. I’m going to talk to you in this article about writing an article. It’s not the easiest thing in the world to do (some may say it is), but it’s a necessary task in order to move ahead of the competition.

You can write your own articles or you can have them outsourced. If you’re going the cheapskate route, I’m sure you’re writing your own right? Are you not very big into writing? Is it a big task for you to do? I’m going to tell you how to make it a little easier on you (the easiest thing to do of course is outsource, I know I know).

First thing you need to do is sit down, get comfortable, and turn off any distractions (log out of Twitter!). What keyword would you like to focus on today? How about “Home Based Business Success“? The job now is to find out, using that keyword, what you want to write about. Seeing how that keyword is pretty broad.

You can read blogs, Twitter, ask questions to friends, visit guru’s websites, type in your keyword in a search engine and see what pops up. Use all the various avenues you typically use to find an answer to a question. From there, gather all the data you come up with and put it in a notepad file and call it home based business success. This way you know this data is for this keyword.

Take one of those ideas and try to expand on it. Make an outline if you have to or make a list of interesting tips that go along with it. From there… fill in the information with a lot of words and make it sound good. You only have to write 400 words. That’s not a lot. What you’ve read so far is a little over 300.

If you find good information somewhere or a great article, you can take that text and re-word. Don’t ever plagiarize and copy things word for word. You can take ideas and tips to re-work them, but blatantly copying them will get you in trouble. Also, make sure you put your keyword in the article a few times. This is called keyword density.

If you feel article writing is too hard, then it will be hard. Your mindset is also a factor in how you take on this task. But article marketing plays a huge role in your home based business success.
