Thanks Devon,
Nicely put about Niche selection, I think you alway should think Big Pond/Small fish because you wanna drill down into a niche when your doing market research this allows you to iidentify your targeted market, whether it’s profitable or not worth pursuing. Always go for markets that has money and traffic there then add your own twist and find your niche.

There were never any snakes in Ireland. Sorry but that is a myth about
St.Patric driving out the snakes.
When he was about 16, he was captured from Britain by Irish raiders and taken as a slave to Ireland, where he lived for six years before escaping and returning to his family. After entering the Church, he returned to Ireland as an ordained bishop in the north and west of the island, but little is known about the places where he worked. By the seventh century, he had come to be revered as the patron saint of Ireland.
Just sayin’
