Help Me Create The Perfect Home Business Success System

Hey everyone….

I know that I’m usually a little bit “silly” on Fridays, but today I’ve got something a little bit more serious

You see, if I’m being honest with you, I have to admit that a little guilty of not following the advice that I give you on a regular basis

What advice am I talking about?

Simple…the advice where I tell you to FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS!!!

So here’s the deal…

I’ve decided to create something that will be my “staple” product/tool for the masses of those who are struggling to make money in their home based businesses. These are people that generally
– don’t have tons of money to invest
– aren’t necessarily the most computer savvy
– aren’t necessarily the best at copy writing
– are currently making less than $1K/month online

(Don’t worry…I’ll still have love for the more advanced people – lol)

so here’s what I need from you

I need for you to tell me your biggest frustrations so that I make sure that the system I’m creating solves that particular problem

Please watch the video message below…and be sure to leave your biggest challenge in the comment section below!

Thanks for your help!

P.S. Valentines day is almost here…and if you want to help Lolo Jones be my Valentine… I’m not going to be mad at you :-)
HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA

It really is all about getting targetted traffic. Many new entrepreneurs spend their money on the product before they know if there is really a need or an audience for the product.

Gurus create a need that many times is not real. Teach about researched niches that have a real demand then teach REAL Traffic tactics on how to reach those individuals who want their product.

I ahave set up a retail site. I need to know how to get a lot of traffic to the site. I do not know where to go on the internet to start building a list.

Hello Devon,
Okay, where to start ? I would love you to give step by step and in simple terms how to get a website or affiliate site up and going. One thing I am not sure about is do I need a website. Is it more produtive then just being an affliate.I have been scammed (I’m ashamed to say) 3 times by sites that looked good, but no help at all no matter how many times I emailed I got nothing from them. While being focused is the right way to approach this,it’s to frustrating when you can’t understand and you quit.I think for me to know where’s the best place to start from scratch and how to move forward would be very helpful.I think for any of us newbies we need to be led by the hand so to say,at least I do having been screwed in the past.I like what I hear from you, wanting to help people like me who want and need to succeed, and for that I thank you.So a one step at a time program would be great.I don’t want to do something in a hurray that I don’t get.

Hi,
I need help with Not the concepts. They are easy to understand.
But all the programs (too many) I have gotten tell me what to do to get going But do show me how to actually do it. Like upload a computer file/image/video and put it on the website,
How to get a domain mane and put it on the website – stuff like that.
Oh and help with it not costing so much a guy/girl working a slave job that cannnot even pay the bills to live and eat won’t give up before we start.
The other big thing is overwhlem and over load of info.
What to do 1st / which to buy / who to trust?
You did touch on it on your video and I hear what you are saying, like to be honest with you the things you have I have been interested in – I cannot afford.

Hope you can help.
I have been trying for over a year and still can’t get it going and have not even made my first dollar.
Thanks,
Rob

Hello Devon,

My biggest challenge is finding a program that is really a 1,2,3 steps. I bought a couple of programs and they have a lot of information and try this and try that steps that lose me in the process. I would like to work with Clickbank, but I need a easy to follow format on chosing a book to promote and the promoting aspect of it also, made easy. Well, that is it for me. See if you can make me a program. I know very little about computers and can barely make my way around them. Thanks in advance.

Hi Devon,
Your videos are great and I really appreciate all the things you show us and your
fun input. you make them happy and informative all at the same time.
I am very tech chalanged probably more so then you say you are.
I also don’t know how to do code or the auto responder ara is a chalange as well.
As far as getting back to someone that is hard for me as well. so I guess you pretty
much set the stage for the things I need help with.
I am a senior and really never made much progress with online stuff. I would really
help out with the tight budget to be able to finally get something off the ground
and running and making some good income. I guess I am a show me type person
as far as how to do the stuff to make something like that happen. It would be
refreshing to say the least to get some where with online business and know I
could count on it once it is up and running. Sure would help the confidence level too.
Thanks so much for all your effort.
Lins.
PS. As far as Lolo goes she can certainly be pretty much out of reach sometimes! good
luck with staying in there. Keep up the dancing! I line dance to keep the cobwebs out!

Hi Devon,
I like this idea of yours for surveying other marketers, I would be interested in the results.
My own personal challenge has to be, getting people to realize they have a problem that they don’t yet know about.

The typical IM has a domain name at GoDaddy, a web host at one of the industry leaders, an Autoresponder at Aweber or TrafficWave. So what does one do when he needs support because their page is not up?

I want to be known as a go to guy for IM Gold miners, you know, the shovel seller. I found out that it makes great business sense to put everything under one roof. I have shared this with a few now former Aweber clients and they are thrilled at the fact they are saving $100′s of dollars a month by using AcademyTeamSolutions and our unlimited autoresponder. ( With the ability to do surveys)

When they see that we also include a personal webinar room from Microsoft or Adobe and we have free training from top NetWork marketers via Skype, and videos, plus our own AdExchange they are very thankful. Even before they have discovered the remaining tools and features.

But its the initial aspect of getting them to recognize a paradigm shift in their thinking that is most challenging for me. I would like to focus on some methods that pull people off of the Traffic Exchanges,Twitter,Facebook etc.. and onto a more personal platform ie: Skype.

Thanks again Devon,
Regards,
Arick

How to get a ton of affiliates?
Non clickbank related.

February 12, 2010

I’ve sort of figured out site building and i’m running into me, again! I’m lousy at attracting traffic and marketing. So why am I doing this? ‘Cuz I’m getting old, tired, broke and ass deep in debt.

I need business packages that are fully automatic across the whole spectrum of online business such as affliate marketing. niche marketing, online auctions and others. Most of the opportunities out there promise that you dont have to be internet savvy but when you buy the business you are then told that you have to drive targetted traffic to your business when you have no idea what that means.

Creating a website or blog site that has non-stop rush hour traffic like times square New York; and developing an online cash generating system that deposits hundreds into my paypal account on a daily basis.

February 12, 2010

Hi Devon!
I’m really interested in the oportunity you offer. The niche I’m thinking of to chose is the waste water and water issue to people outside of the domestic areas. I have been working in that area for a big part of my time, since I left university back in 1984. In the middle of April I will become 53 years old. I’m living in Sweden, up in the northen part of Europe. I need some help to wrap this up. I used some years ago, to provide this issue to house-owners in the area of Stockholm, without any success those 1.5 year I tried. Now I think to provide some literature to US people. Perhaps even a solution, from Sweden overseas

I am not good at writing messages for use on an autoresponder, and follow-up messages as well

February 12, 2010

Hi, Although I couldn’t view the video(unknown reason) My biggest gripe is the very slow growth of income! All the ads show is how fast the person in the ad is bringing in the cash. I guess thats all I got. Thanks!

Scott

My biggest challenge? Hmmm…I think not having a step by step guide that doesn’t require you to invest in thousands of dollars worth of “tools” to complete. Another challenge would be consistency and having the time to invest everyday.

February 12, 2010

It’s amazing you and I are on the very same page in our mindset. I’m a member of a group recently formed called the Empowerment Team in Chicago ,the whole prim us of the Team is to suggest to less knowledgeable and miss informed ,reasonable and researched online Biz opportunities that are tested and proven . Which means for people like me who like you aren’t tech savvy ,but determined to fulfill the American Dream. So like you said your system must be simple and effective where we can go on the system and have realtime app’s we can manipulate as well as the auto responder we don’t have to build with all the tech dialog we don’t understand leaving us holding something that useful to techs but useless to us ,at this moment I have 4 autoresponders in my computer and they may as well be paper weights for all the good they are doing me.If you can find a way to remove all the technical stuff that you know we must have and just make it possible for us to turn on our computers and just work the business ,that would be the perfect system.

February 12, 2010

Hi,
My biggest challenge is attracting targeted traffic and getting conversions. I seem to be forking out never ending money and getting nowhere! It’s so hard! Making money on the internet is not easy and it takes a lot of hard work!

February 12, 2010

Devon,

Interesting challenge, seems like everyone has a system to get you going in fifteen minutes and make thousands every month, but they never seem to pan out. You may be trying to re-invent the wheel, but if you can come up with a paint by numbers system that simply inserts content and pages as required, then all the more power to you.

I am at the point where I have a product in the aquarium niche, a set of websites to build links, owner of the Twitter Cash machine, and fond follower of both you and Joey Smith. So once it goes live, I think it can work well, but the challenge is getting the process between providing the free report (10 pages) and getting the autoresponder messages required to drive them to active sales funnel and page to buy the full e-book (and bonus of unabridged audio version read by the author – me).

So my main problem is slotting the products, the proper set of promotional pages and the way they would interact on the website. The biggest challenge for me is to know where to put the pages on the site and how to interlink them to drive the most interest in both my product and social website devoted to aquarists.

A templated web set – not neccesarily completely finished pages, but a set of slots to fill with the proper pages is probably the biggest challenge, as well as coming up with the right privacy, terms of use and other legal requirements for each page is probably the best way to go. If you want to tempt the pirchaser with a really cool feature, offer them initial pages that need to have personal content and information added, then an application that takes the resulting template file and turns it into a very nice and personalized web HTML page and locate it in the right slot in the 9cookie cutter) site…automatically building the content for any personal niche, or integrating offered information sets for insertion.

I have an autoresponder thru icontact. I have a small list. They don’t optout, but they don’t buy anything either. Some of them even follow me on facebook. I get a lot of traffic to my website daily. Over 1,000 a day. But, they do not buy just look at the products. There are over 3000 unique products to view, with lots of categories and subcategories. I don’t know where the traffic is coming from, but it is everyday. Right now I just looked and I have over 800 that have viewed my website. Don’t know what I am doing wrong and how to get the right kind of traffic to view and to convert to sales. It is so frustrating.

Thanks,

Julia

Hi Devon,

As a newbie who has been scammed over and over again, I still find myself checking-out the 10 – 20 opportunities that inter my inbox every day but as I no longer have the confidence that the offers are genuine, I do nothing about it. I can no longer afford to add to the £6,000 GBP already lost.
I would like to see a very low cost plug ‘N’ play business in a box that will provide a residual income of £3,000 – £4,000 GBP monthly (don’t know how much that is in USA $)
The system must be very easy to set-up.
The system must be complete.
Must be available to all, regardless of which country they live in.
Must have a genuine support desk.
If this was to be achieved, think of all the testimonials it would generate. Plus you would have an army of loyal followers ready to take up your next big ticket project.

Above are just a few of the problems I have experienced when purchasing, so called, complete systems.

Wishing you every success.

February 12, 2010

Hi Devon, I greatly enjoy your videos, just watched around five back to back and I appreciate your empathy with the range of different situations different people are in when they start entrepreneuring.
So, what I think would be good is a “Pathfinder” which is basically a step-by-step intelligent questionnaire that helps a newbie get of an appropriate path for them toward a profitable home business. For example we would start by asking something about a persons circumstances, how much time do they have avaiable, do they have some money available, do they have existing responsibilities in terms of a job, people to care for, bills to pay, etc. Then set expectations, a little bit like the way an investment consultant determines a clients attitude to risk, we need to determine their attitude to business. Then with your knowledge we can guide the newnie on a path that is likley to be successful for them, and maybe we sometimes have to be blunt and say “this is not for you based on what you told me of your circumstances and attitude to business, you would be better doing something else. I would be happy to help on the project. Best regards Dave, located in the UK.

Hi, Devon-

Sounds like a wonderful idea! I find that having all the tools you need scattered here, there, and everywhere (dns, hosting, autoresponder, etc.) is the first big disadvantage. If it could all be under one roof, per se, for one price, it would make things a lot easier. Getting a site already done, ready to go and handed to me would be great but then I would want to learn how it was done so that after that I could do my own but while I was learning, I could be making money at the same time. The price has to be really reasonable, not that you should give it away but I know that I cannot afford 30 or 40 dollars a month membership fees but maybe you could set up a percentage of the sales of the web site as your fee until the member is able to pay that amount per month. Thank you so much for thinking of us and wanting to do something about it! It is very much appreciated.

Diane

I have spent so much money on different products. I am so tired of everyone selling me the next product and saying it will be the last one I will ever need. Then I see something else that makes me want it too. I need a partner to share the drive with me. I’m all alone in this and I have to make it work. Where do I get someone to work with? I know a lot and have the beginner stuff from picking out a domain name, to uploading videos but now I am broke from buying so much. I want to share the knowledge but not be used and have someone help contribute to a real business venture.

Hi Devon,

Thanks for asking. I like the 15 minutes to profit instructional video. A really really neat way to make money quickly. It isn’t working for me yet. BUT, I was able to follow it. I was a little distracted (I have adhd the adult version or I’m just to young or to old to stay focused) But, I was able to go back pick up where I left off and complete the task. I have about 2000 twitter follows and I thought there would be some cash in the bank but there isn’t. My problem is no copywriting skills whatsoever. I want to be able to make a dead bug think it is still alive. I should have had some moola by now. Not me. I’ve used the new fangled ways with video and linking this with that and nothing. I’ve been to the end of the internet just to find that the internet does not seem to be my friend. Quick Instructions to the point with pictures and the video to sum it all up. Awesome plus some copywriting tips awesome. HELP!!!! ME!!!!! OH D E V O N, I sure hope Lolo Jones gives you a wave or something for Valentines Day. Chocolate Strawberries would be nice too.

HAPPY VALENTINES TO YOU AND HOPE THAT LOLO JONES GET TO BE YOUR DATE ONE DAY… AND SAME WITH SUZANNE HAPPY VALENTINES…..

Thank you so much , I think it is so awasome that you are doing this….. You hit the nail right on the head, everything that you mentioned on the tape… is a struggle, but I think you have to create a list before you can accomplish a website , blog etc etc….. and funds….. if you can come up with a system that can be paid with a down payment or something that will not break the bank that will help. I think personally fear is a main factor, of not being able to do it and not being able to afford. So, I hope this helps at least for me that is the hurdle I cannot seem to get over. Another issue is that no matter how you describe it the simpliest way you can, and then me trying to decipher the terms or terminology. So, maybe a CD type that will load the system ….. just an idea…. again hope this helps you…..

Hi Devon,
Basically I am NOT tech savvy, so I don`t know much about how to or even if I can add things like a back link to a replicated website, as I am just into networking and am trying to get targeted traffic to my site. I`ll even like to know how to create, upload and use a squeeze page.

Thanks………..

Hi Devon,
How’s it going. I love this idea of asking us what we need. I know the basics but everyone says the key to conversions is freebies which I have a large collection of but have no clue how to get them on my website everything I try doesn’t work and if by some miracle it does get there the url is unbelievable. My other problem is traffic that buys. I’ve had offers from gurus for private traning but I can’t afford that I’ve already lost a ton and haven’t made a $100 hope you can do somthing

Over the last three years, I’ve read about everything out there about advertising. I’m sick of it!
They are useless. There to long, to boring, they don’t work, they take your money.
Is there anyone that will really show you what to do without writing you a noval? If someone would just show us how to get real people to our sites, we would understand. I don’t have to read a book, just show me and I would get it.

February 13, 2010
Susan Richards

Devon, it will be great to have a simple step 1……copy this procedure
step 2 …..copy this procedure
step 3……copy this procedure
…completely defined with no natural hiccups…with a view to setting up a website., valued business in a box…setting up autoresponder…..oto…etc etc… and then……..implementing web2.0 properties (all built in, articles, blog posting, social networking, rss feed etc etc etc) … by ticking a list of check boxes to run and grow. Am I being too unrealistic? Am I fantasying? Is this possible? Oh! Including support!

February 13, 2010

Devon,

I guess the thing that I would need more help in would be writing a squeeze sales page and the best way to generate traffic. I really enjoy your video’s and look forward to more in the future.

Hey Devon,

i think the biggest hurdles are knowing the best way to obtain traffic, then the follow up messages (converting prospects into buyers).

February 14, 2010

I think the biggest problem for everyone is traffic to their blog, website and affiliate links. Ok, if I want to drive 1,000 visitors to any of my sites in a few hours I easily can with safelists, traffic exchanges and credit mailers. But the response rate is terrible to say the least. I have built my business so far using this method which would explain why its been a very slow process. By looking at the amount of comments here, your doing something different that I for one, am not. Well Done :) Most do not have the money to spend on advertising and even if you are a paid member of a few program do it really help that much? Do the payments justify themselves? Any help is highly appreactiated.

February 14, 2010

Am completely a newbie in short I know nothing what and how to put up my website and the other technicalities to run it. Got zero kniowledge in this IM world. However, I would love to learn and be able to generate income even just to pay off whatever membership fees to any affiliate site.

I expect to learn from you the step by step training and be successful even to the point of only offsetting fees incurred to be an afffiliate. I perhaps would leverage from hereon.

Thanks for your concern for newbies , including me.

February 14, 2010

Hi,

My biggest challenge is where to start – should I be doing affiliate marketing, or CPA, or create product, blogging, etc… Every guru who comes along says that his product is great and works on auto-pilot. However I am yet to get a product which really does this.
I am looking forward to the system from you which can really make some money for me online and help me quit by job.

Regards.

February 14, 2010

Hi Devon,

Great work! I would love a blog, website system FTP issues, help with structure and content, I even had problems with the twitter product I purchased from you ( I haven’t finished it yet!) and your instructions were great!

I would really like the step by step info on a really awesome membership site to get clients and what/how (the whole thing) in fact why don’t you just come and do the whole thing for me!!!
LOL

Ok,

My biggest obstacles are too many choices…technology time and money…
My wants are integrating twitter, facebook (should i bother?) websites x 2 and blog.. and then I have a CMS which is there already – not sure how to really get it all kickstarted.

Happy Valentines Day from Australia!

Hello Devon,

Let’s start with a true step-by-step guide to making this internet arena as easy for newbies (like myself) as possibly. Second, don’t get to the point of sending something for sale in every email you send because they will annoy me and the next thing you know I will stop wanting to be on your list. I get a lot of emails from the so called Gurus and very rarely do they have anything of any importance in them most are sales emails. I, just like most everyone out there want to learn and a sales letter every once in awhile is understandable but if you just bombard my inbox then how am I suppose to know what is the best product to have.

Thanks
Don

Hi Devon,

There are a couple of things for me. The 1st is getting steady traffic without PPC and spending months on SEO. Traffic is what most programs say is easy. It’s “everywhere”. Well, getting it to your site isn’t easy without paying a pile of money for it. The 2nd is all the programs that say they show you everything on video, nothing left out. I just purchased a build a membership site program. good program but the final vid was watching him build one from scratch. It was very disappointing. He never showed how to set up content to drip in for months on auto like promised. Just skimmed over it. Plus, he was setting up all the pages and showing what to type in them, but then never explained how they all “hook” together. there were links on each of his pages, but how did they flow from one to the other. this stuff is techie to me, but probably a no brainer for him. You people must realize, a lot of us out here need to see even the smallest detail of how to set something up.

Last thing, which is my biggest pet peeve, the person selling the program always “has made it” and now wants to “help” others make it. they don’t care much about the money, but just want to “help” others. Some of us are trying to save our houses out here and families. You read all the sales page, get to the bottom, then find out that they will help for some ungodly charge of like 197 or 497, plus so much a month. I realize that all you program creators want to make money too, and have money invested, etc., but please don’t say how much you want to help us less fortunate so badly. be upfront and just say, this is expensive, it works, i want to make as much as I can, and good luck. To a lot of us, 97 dollars is a fortune.

When I say “you” I don’t mean you personally, OK?

Thanks,

scott Moser

Hey Devon.

I appreciate that you’re going to get an awful lot of comments
about a ton of things..
mind you going through some of your comments…
I see quite a lot are asking for traffic solutions and thats okay if you’re not a beginner.
Now I’m not saying I’m a beginner but the truth is that there just isn’t a complete system that takes you from beginner upwards… if you want a more detailed explanation to what I’m talking about and if you’ve got the time then get in touch with me…email…skype…

I’m talking about you creating a video series….Devon’s success volume’s…
Volume 1…Beginner

volume 2…intermediate

volume 3…webmaster…
volume 4 …IM advanced…

Thanks.

Hi Devon,

I really appreciate your concern to get the feedback from the real users. I do not have my own website. Whenever I try to make one for myself, I get struck at so many places like I do not know how to make and add squeeze pages and attach auto responder messages if any one opts in to my page. I am also not fully convinced why i should spend for the monthly cost of Auto responder till my website is functional.

I also do not know how to add content to my website in shape of articles etc.

In short I am under confident to take off with my business. If I am given something in step by step that should be fine.

Looking forward to your response and answer to so many responses.

Thanks

Devon:

When setting up websites and then corresponding to your customers or audience it would help to have a set of audoresponder newsletters or emails to send back to keep a potential customer interested in what you are selling. So, far that is one of the challenges that I see. Thank you Devon for coming out with a new product and giving us a heads-up that it’s on the way.

My biggest proplem is I can`t afford all the things that have to go into the bussiness to get it started. I`m on a real tight budget and to afford a website every month would be a tight squeeze for me. I autually do not have any idea as to how to set up anything that would not cost a arm and leg. Any suggestings? I don`t own any credit cards which seems to be what they what. Any idea as to how I can start an online business?

Hi Devon,
What the most people like me need is a “simple step by step” system in how to get started. Have the site up an running, driving trafic to it, and automated it.
When I try to find some help it looks like all the so called “gurus” believe that the more videos, pdf s , blueprints, mp3 s etc they put in a program the better. They put so much stuff in there that they svare us away from byuing.
So pls, make it simple, put in only what needed to get started, and then over time we can wxpand and learn the more advanced tactics.
Looking forward to your program.

Hi

the perfect home base business would be a system a person can work with via the internet,
using their browser and basic internet tools – that they work on for a period of time and
then this system automatically generates the money for them.

The challenges are how to get traffic to their website automatically – or without spending a lot of money and probably to get traffic without using SEO

I am checking out many programs as there are a lot of geniuses out there and there seems to be a bit off the track tools to help with traffic and list building

I would already have the website designed, the squeeze page done – training which not only gives video and a pdf explaining the steps but also have a story of one or more people who go through the process so it is so easy for anyone to follow.

The problem is people who are successful either are good marketers or good technical people and they can’t explain on a simple level how to do the business

Devon if you don’t do this business or find it, I will but I am putting it out to you with the
home since I also live in Atlanta that with my writing skills and your already successful work
as an online marketer and business person this can be done

whoever comes up with this first will be an instant success –
it has to be easy for anyone to do it

if there is anyone who reads this comment and likes these thoughts, I have started my
own newsletter (waiting till we get more people) where I am going to openingly and honestly share everything I am finding, go into explanations of techniques and of course the new letter is free – its called The Wandering Jew’s Journey for Your Success.

Hi Devon,
My biggest frustration I think is the fact that no matter what I do, I can’t seem to build a list.
It would help if I could get into those jv giveaways, but I would need a big list to promote it to, or my gift would get pulled, and again, I don’t have a list.
Anyway, that’s my biggest frustration.
Thanks,

Hi Devon:
First, I want to Thank You for all the good videos you share without any charge to your followers. They are very helpful and informative. I have been trying to get a net business up and running for several years. We lost our daughter in 2002 very suddenly and unexpectedly and since that time, I have been trying to get a internet business going so I can spend more time with my family. I have spent I don’t know how much money on all the so-called Guru plans, ppc, sitebuilders, etc. Most all of them are pretty much the same, many with re-hashed info. I would like you to put together a program where you will show someone how they can build a website and be able to market it and actually make money. Also, driving traffic to the new site is always a problem, so how to get traffic to the site would be a big help. The real inside of it all. You always are true and honest with your followers, and I appreciate that. Well enough for now. Take Care, Sam

Hi Davon
I absolutely agree with a statement above but I would also add say automated traffic, I mean if you got 50 sites haw to automate a traffic for them.

Roxi

PS. Whether you will make or not it was very nice of you to make this offer. I would personally love to have you as a mentor. Sorry I am not Lolo Jones might be little bit better.

Hey Devon,

The main problem is the problem I think everyone has..TRAFFIC. Setting a landing page, autoresponder..all that stuff is prety easy….I mean, you just set up with with a set of instructiond and you’re done. But driving traffic to the site is the hard part. Especially for someone starting out. So we would need to find FREE ways and methods to drive traffic. But we would need more detail that simply, ‘Write a blog and insert your website” or ‘Write artlcles’ or go to forums. All these are pretty board and does not give exactly what you need to do or write. So my suggestion would be if the free method is to write articles in a particular niche, gives the means to GET to those niche and maybe have 10 ready made articles already set up where we would just copy and paste. Or 10 ready made blog messages or 10 ready made autoresonder messages where we jsut insert and and it’s done… That is what i think i would like.

Thanks for reading
Ravi

Hi Devon, I’ve been following you sense I met you at one of Matts week end seminars in Sugar Loaf a few years ago. I know you have been there done that.

My biggest problem is when I get started I get lost every time. Even when I buy a site allready built I get lost. If you could develop a traing program that starts from the begining actually showing me how, not telling but showing me every detail from start, to reserching, developing, driving traffic to selling a product.

What I need is a true step by step for dummies process. I would be your first customer to buy or join a membership. If the masses buy it, it must be simple.

Looking forward to working with you.
Thanks
George Lary

Devon,
I need to learn basic skills. I need to know how to place data in the autoresponder. I need to know how to write an email marketing campaign. I need to know how to set up a webpage with the optin box to build my list. I need to know how to prepare an e-book. I want to know how to increase traffic.

I would like to learn about video marketing. I would like to know the steps in taking a product from an idea to placing it in stores.

My area of interest is counseling people with back payments in mortgages and people that have speeding tickets. These are too specific niches and it will be a little hard to turn these possible clients over to other types of businesses. My main problem is that because I spent so much money buying so many programs I didnt have money to pay Brighthouse my telephone bill and I am operating with a very cheap dial up connection. So I can not get to see the videos. What can you do for us mortals that can not get DSL in their computers. I already have Yahoo hosting but it is very difficult to create my web site and landing page. I will wait to see if you come up with another idea on how to get these two things. I have gotten a couple of your links and the little I have advanced is thanks to you. I am Spanish and so sometimes it gets a little hard to get everything you say but I keep trying. You keep up the great work. You have a friend in Florida.

Hi Devon,

I’ve been following you for the past year or so and have been extremely impressed by you and the content in your blogs.

I have dabbled in internet marketing on and off for the past year with little success. No focus, too many gurus, etc. It seems that I was doing all of the things that you said not to do. I’m sure that you have heard this all before.

Anyway, I recently had a change in my employment situation which has caused me to reevaluate where I want to go. I’m struggling with the concept of having to go back and get a J.O.B. The concept of working for others just goes against my core values.
I was an independent consultant for a couple of years and tasted the freedom that is available to someone who works from home. At this point I cannot go back into the corporate environment and be limited to the raises that are occasionally provided and also endure the long hours of working away from home and being away from my family. I’ve had enough of being a absentee Dad and husband.

My biggest challenge is to take the knowledge that I have acquired, build upon that and to put it into action and achieve the success that I know that I am capable of achieving.
I’m looking for the that one-on-one training, at a reasonable investment, that will help me stay focused, adjust accordingly, and provide the accountability and steps that I can follow to make it happen.

I look forward to hearing about your new plan.

Regards

Michael

Hi Devon,

Thanks so much for your desire to help the “Struggling Student”! You already answered one of my biggest problems of “Focus” and after reading what you said, I finally got it and am cancelling all but one of the “projects” I’ve started! Thank you!

Here are a few of the things that keep me stuck in getting past the “first act” of setting up a website:

1) Need a clear, simple, straight-forward way of creating a website — from start to launch — for my own product that fits with my passion — rather than an Affiliate product.

2) Need to know how to do a “landing page” or “squeeze page” (are they the same thing?) to capture email addresses.

3) Need to know how to add in all graphics — like “Click Here” buttons, etc.

4) Need to know all the “correct language” needed for the website regarding
security issues. guarantees, copyrights, etc

5) Need to know how to be able to design my own Banner.

6) Need to know at least the basics on keywords and optimizing my website

7) Would also love to have some direction on how to properly plan a “launch”.

8) And … of course, there’s that big bad “T” word — TRAFFIC — what is the easiet and
best way for a Newbie to begin?

Thanks again, Devon!

P.S. to my previous “list” — This is VERY important to me being a “Newbie” and a “Baby Boomer” — PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE provide PDF downloads to any training in addition to videos -it’s just too hard to sit in front of a computer for hours, and I much prefer to have a “hard copy” to be able to refer to later — instead of having to search back through a bunch of videos for the answer. Thanks!

Hi Devon yes we need a system like that,I am a newbie and all the things you said that people dont understand about building a website or how to respond to a Email it sounds simple when you know how do it, but if you are new to the game it is very complicated. And if you could produce a product like that a step by step method, explaining how use it completly, fool proof it where anyone that can read ,could use it. You will have a winner. Eugene Moses

Dearest Devon,

Thank you for your intention to help us but can you imagine what you are getting into?
Well, you must know better than I – I am just a newbie.
Therefore for me is right from scratch and leading, no dragging me by the hand…:)
(You better be strong – there are so many people, who need to be dragged).
That’s what I need. The expenses have to be covered, of course, and lets hope they are not sky-high.
Thanks again for your offer, God Bless You and Yours,
Olga

February 20, 2010

Well I just watched video one and as soon as I get done here I am going to go to video two. As you can see in the http above I have a domain name and a website with godaddy. Yet it is sitting unfinished because I have a wordpress set up on it, but don’t know how to set it up. Not being technical I am stuck, the directions remind me of having a one thousand piece puzzle and no picture to look at first to see how it will look. One of godaddy’s techs put wordpress there, but that is as far as he was willing to go without me paying him a huge fee. I kind of know the style of templet I want, but haven’t been able to find the style yet. One I saw before was a wavy header at the top and footer. I like that over the boxy styles I have seen elsewhere.

This may sound fussy, but why not? I am sure someone who has experience can set it up in no
time. I want it to be my blog and home site or hub page. My interest is digital products that will
help others feel better about themselves and self improvement and business building instead of
working at a job they hate. I have spent over thirty eight years at jobs I hated. Now it is time to find a little joy. Devon I love your personality and how you come across on video also I think your secretary or helper is also a neat person also, you two make a good team.

I’d like to see if you can develop a real mentoring system. I know that my problems are always unique to me. I’ve joined several expert forums where I see people struggle with things that I didn’t struggle with but others that seem to be succeeding in areas that I can’t accomplish.

For example: I didn’t struggle with finding a product that seems to be in demand. But I sure as hell struggled with building a website to sell this product (still struggling BTW). Whereas for others they had no problem with this. I kept wondering; “where am I going to get a logo?” Once I created a logo, I was like, “why won’t my logo upload to my web page?” These apparently aren’t problems for some people, but when I ask them how they did it, I get flippant answers. I don’t think I’d get that from someone that was committed to being a mentor to me.

I hope you take this “integrity” issue seriously, and please contact me if you are interested in a mentee guinea pig. A year ago, I tried to seek a mentor and created a web page asking for someone to mentor me. All I really got from that were more “gurus” who wanted to sell me products but couldn’t really take time to help me individually. Imagine how frustrating that is?

February 22, 2010

Hi Devon, I like your videosI am really interested in the oportunity you offer.I would love you to give step by step and in simple terms how to get a website or affiliate site up and going. Then traffic, traffic, traffic. Later

Hello and thanks Devon for all the info. I think my problem is learning to build a list, and the process of setting up an autoresponder. I believe if I have a blog setup I could set up a page to send people to my free offer but I am not sure of the right process. Thanks, Alan Cinqmars

February 27, 2010

Hi Devon,

Hi Devon: I am suffering from severe information overload, so was relieved to see that you had a short, to the point message with no pitch fest at the end. I am looking for a total turnkey operation and will be following your messages with great interest.

Thanks Devon, for taking the time to school those of us that are way out on left field!
As for myself i have really failed in the network homebased business and have really lost money that i don’t have to spend in such a way . Technically challenged on using the computer i would like to know a simplyfied way and low out of pocket cost to create a capture page, autoresponder and what to reply also how to generate free heavy traffic, I feel if i could learn how to do some of this stuff and maybe other things that go along with using the computer i could probably maybe find that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!!! My niche is the telecom industry and i feel it is the greatest opportunity i have ever stumbled upon because a major shift is going to take place from the post paid to the pre paid industry, people just don’t want to be tied in to contracts anymore. Again, my problem in promoting this is i live in a small town not to many people to go around so i have been told that if i am not on the social networks i am losing out, how to do that , who knows , i surely don’t!!!!
Thanks and have a great day!!!!!
