It’s true…
That ‘perfect’ life that you’re envisioning for yourself…
That life where you don’t have to worry about money and you can do pretty much anything you want whenever you want…
Well, the fact of the matter is…
That’s NOT a Millionaire’s Lifestyle…
But before you get upset with me or think that I’m telling you to “Aim Low” or something like that.
Check out today’s video (and the picture below the video) to see exactly what I’m talking about!
Hopefully you found today’s video informative/helpful
And hopefully you do the little exercise I talked about in the video!

Wow! Absolutely love your video and the message you had to tell! It is so refreshing to find someone that thinks this way as far as what a person REALLY needs financially to sustain them and their family.
Keep those videos coming Devon!

Great perspective! As a newbie, I have been distracted by the shiny programs and money making potential. As always, you deliver quality information to help us make it back to the right path.
Thank you.

Interesting take Devon, and you’re right — $1m is just an arbitrary number. However, your breakdown of expenses is rather arbitrary based on your lifestyle. I live in a crappy apartment in Brooklyn, NY, and my basic expenses are $7K/mo. It’s a no-frills lifestyle, and if I wanted to live decently (by my standards anyway) in NYC, I’d need $13K-$14K just to cover the nut. (That includes $6K for RENT only.) Can I live cheaper? Yes, I do because I have to. But I’d sure like my life to be financially easier, freer, and more comfortable.
At any rate, I appreciate your candor on this matter and for many people you are correct (New York City is an economic system unto itself).
I hope you enjoyed Tahoe; it’s beautiful there. Congrats to your newly wedded friend!
