This Dance Party video is great! I still dance frequently even in my 70s! It gets the adrenalin flowing and relieves tension and anxiety! It’s just darn good therapy for changing the mood and attitude to “feel good with the right attitude!”

My advice to everyone is “Try it – You’ll love it!”

It’s Sean’s handicapped condition that makes that Inspirational, and compared to the rest of us with no physical ailments. What the Hell do we have to complain about – rather than be dancing mightily!? The question is, Devon: How do you tie that In with WCC success and the people who complain to you about how tough it is to implement WCC?

That was very inspiring Devon. I was trying to keep up
but I guess I will have to practice those movements
some more.

Enjoy your weekend

Great stuff. I am wheelchair bound myself and do the same sort of thing a few times a day. I manage to stay pretty happy and certainly enjoy myself a lot more than some people. Rock on Sean.

Thanks Devon for the teaching and the inspiration. A dance party is definitely more fun than a pity party.
