Ken tells me that his 3 biggest challenges are:
1) getting subscribers (like me) to spend money on products;
2) getting a head start on big-time marketers (like you) on new products hitting the marketplace
3) being able to promote those products to a willing-to-buy list.

Almost without fail, on a weekly basis I’ll get messages from people who say to me:

When he gave me his answer, I got pissed at him. It wasn’t until years later did I understand that he was trying to tell me the truth.

Also, remember…

1. BE ULTRA CLEAR AND DESCRIPTIVE about what you want. (better to have too much detail than too little).

2. Pictures, Videos, & Examples of other websites that are doing what you want done will help assure that you get what you’re looking for. Be sure to include this stuff when describing the project you want to have done use this to record your screen:

3. Do not ASSUME they know what you mean. Outsourcers from overseas (generally speaking) are GREAT at following explicit directions and HORRIBLE at thinking on their own. If you didn’t tell them to do (or not do) something, then it’s your fault that it wasn’t done correctly.

4. Don’t just say to them “Get Me Traffic”. Tell them exactly WHAT you want them to do.

Don’t say “build my twitter for me”. INSTEAD SAY “I’m looking to grow my twitter following with the type of people that are interested in (insert niche), here are the steps to making that happen:

I want you to go back in time with me.

No, not to your childhood or anything like that… I want you to go back in time about 2 months ago.

Back to the first week of February…
